Vic Icasas is the CEO and Managing Partner of Hit Productions, a Manila-based audio and video production house with over three decades of work spanning music composition, sound design, audio post, and localization for global brands, ad agencies, and streaming platforms including Netflix, Spotify, and Disney. Originally joining the company as a composer and music producer, he now leads the business with both creative and commercial perspective and brings that dual lens to his role on the CICLOPE Asia Pacific jury.
