Masaya Nakade is Executive Creative Director at R/GA Tokyo. He leads award-winning work for brands including Ponos, Nike, Fujitsu, and Arc’teryx, creating innovative experiences that blend design, technology, and storytelling. Prior to R/GA, he spent many years at AKQA London, where he led global work for Nike. Masaya’s work has been recognized at leading international festivals including Cannes Lions, D&AD, and The One Show.
