Mavis Neo is Co-Chief Creative Officer at The Secret Little Agency, where she has led culturally resonant campaigns for brands including Star Alliance, IKEA, Klook, Marriott, Zespri, Unilever, and DBS. Under her creative leadership, The Secret Little Agency has been named Independent Agency of the Year and Creative Agency of the Year, recognised for work that moves culture while driving business. 

Mavis is known for pairing sharp strategy with human storytelling, crafting brand worlds that connect meaningfully while mentoring the next generation of creative talent. She heads multi-disciplinary creatives at the agency and continues to be the biggest proponent of keeping the creative work and the process fun. She believes creativity should be sustainable for the work, for the brands, and for the people who make it.
