Maan Bautista is Executive Creative Director at Publicis JimenezBasic and one of the Philippines’ most awarded creative leaders. Her work, known for its strong storytelling and craft, has earned recognition from Cannes Lions, Effies, ADFEST, LIA, and New York Festivals, alongside numerous metals from Clio, One Show, MADStarts, and Spikes Asia. She has also earned top honors at premier local award shows including Kidlat, Tambuli, and Boomerang Awards.
Under her leadership, her previous agency achieved back-to-back Kidlat Agency of the Year wins and multiple honors at the 4As Philippines Agency of the Year Awards, including Best in Creative and Best in Innovation. In 2024, she was inducted into the 4As Philippines Creative Guild Hall of Fame, as was named among the country’s top creative leaders in Campaign Brief Asia’s 2025 Creative Rankings.
A frequent speaker and jury member in the Philippines and across the region, she remains deeply invested in the craft. More than two decades in, Maan’s still excited by a good idea, still having fun, and still not done.
