Michal Dwojak-Hara leads the Japan’s branch of Juice, a full-service visual effects, design & audio studio, driving its growth across APAC region and delivering award-winning work. He’s a creative director behind Toyota’s Tokyo Motor Show installation and the ETERNAL exhibition at Haneda Airport. His recent work includes post-production and animation for the Expo 2025 Polish Pavilion in Japan, as well as serving as VFX Executive Producer on Hirokazu Kore-eda’s Monster.
A graduate of the School of Visual Arts in Sydney, he has built an international career working with agencies in Germany and Japan on projects for BMW, OPEL, Sony, and Toyota. With deep expertise in VFX and post-production, he is a recognized industry voice, a member of the AICP Producers Committee, and a jury member for shots Awards, CICLOPE Asia Pacific (2020), and AdFest 2025 (Film Craft). Based in Tokyo, he continues to drive innovation across global creative industries.
