From quirky crayon scribblings that made the kitchen fridge gallery to winning Cannes Lions as an art director, Sling Ng has always had a keen eye for design. Now plying her trade as an award-winning film director, Sling brings her quirky scribblings to life on screen. 

Her hybrid background helped evolve Directors Think Tank’s culture into one centered around creative-driven production. The gig has taken her to, among other places, Los Angeles, Auckland, Stuttgart, Budapest and Dar es Salaam. 

Sling has had judging duties at Spikes, Adfest, Kancils and Adstars and has picked up numerous international awards throughout her agency and production career including metal at Cannes Lions, Clio, D&AD, Spikes, Adfest, Adstars and Kancils.

Since arriving at Directors Think Tank, and being the first and only female director, she took great pride in establishing a team of four very talented female directors to add to the DTT roster. When not behind the camera, the multitasking mum of one designs apparel for a bespoke motorbike shop which she runs with her director husband.
